Bacteriological and Genetic study of some gram negative bacteria isolated from different infections

There are 30 of bacterial samples were isolated from 45 different infections. These isolates diagnosed microscopically and by using biochemical tests. ability their resistance was tested against the following antibiotics: (amoxicillin, tetracycline, cephalexin, nitrofurantoin, ciprofloxacin, clarithromycin, erythromycin, ampicillin, rifampin), for detection sites genes encoding antibiotic , conjugation experiments done some that contain plasmids. Results has revealed in (P. aeruginosa (14), E.coli (4)) present on DNA plasmid not chromosome. But other isolates, we could find conjugated colonies them which indicate there plasmids do have auto transmission.
